Two Main Categories
E-bikes are classified differently depending on motor power:
- Pedelecs (≤250W, max. 25 km/h): CN 8711 60 10 – Duty 6%
- S-Pedelecs/E-Bikes (>250W or >25 km/h): CN 8711 60 90 – Duty 6%
